Foundation Training for Bangladesh Civil Service Officials. (B64)
Secured first position in the B64 Foundation Training for Bangladesh Civil Service Cadre Officials and achieved Director General’s Award.
Due to my performance in Foundation Training, I was selected for an exposure visit and a training in Central Queensland University, Melbourne, Australia on Good Governance and Leadership. The training was titled as “Leadership Development and Capacity Enhancement for the Civil Servants of Bangladesh”.
In the B64 training, we had a Rural Attachment module, where we had to stay in a village and learn about the concerns of the villagers.
